Good value with a fairly clean and fabulous hotel offering a good view of the bay. Warm breakfast and great food. Great location in St. Augustine for a wedding in the historic district and separate bedrooms. Conveniently located near the historic center, within walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to Jacksonville.

It was a fabulous base for sightseeing in St. Augustine. The staff at the reception desk were helpful and top-class. The hotel had a convenient and pleasant position, close to everything. This hotel was really good value.

The hotel had a family atmosphere with rooms featuring a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was exceptional and the rooms were bright. It is situated in a central area close to the beach and restaurants.

The room here was nicely decorated and had all the amenities I needed like a microwave, comfy beds, and a bathroom, all for a good price.

The staff was helpful and catered to our every need. Very comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was above average, they make lots of meals.

We got a free upgrade to one of the two suites, which was more like an apartment (bedroom, living room, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area). The motel was renovated not too long ago - in our room, however, carried out more "Mediterranean" (crooked cabinets, wall paint over the door frames and furniture, dishwasher wobbled, etc.). Sometimes the furniture was broken again (broken handle on the bedside table, etc.).. The lady at the breakfast service was very nice and the coffee was good.. The location is very good for going to the beach (just above you street and about 100 meters further). There are some restaurants (even with outside seating!) Within walking distance.

i'm afraid it was all very dirty. our room seemed to have been cleaned only very superficially (dirt and hair in the shower and at the toilet, sticky floor, dirty windows etc. during our stay of 2 nights there was also no service for cleaning. maybe this is better in the regular rooms, because here we had daily cleaning. on the second evening we found a frisky cockroach in our bathroom (the staff can't help it, side effect of a motel where the rooms are directly accessible from the street - also for insects). breakfast was - unlike what other reviewers write here - unfortunately very best western standard and there was also no nutella and no fresh fruit. not even real butter and tea tasted terrible. location directly at the street means of course traffic noise (depending on the location of the room).

Got a brand-new room with a mini fridge, microwave, and comfortable beds and pillows. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, really close to local food shops and the beach which was not crowded at all, perfect for a relaxing day.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly accommodating. The room was modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is situated in a great location. The atmosphere feels like a welcoming family environment. The views of the bay are lovely. The customer service is courteous and there is on-site parking available.

The price-performance ratio is unbeatable: The hotel is located directly on the beach, the rooms are newly renovated, there is a pool and parking is free. Beach/pool towels are also provided free of charge and the staff has been VERY helpful and friendly. We had originally been allocated a room with a connecting door. Because through the connecting door you could hear every word of the room next door, we noticed this at the reception and we immediately got a quieter room. Outstanding service - Thank you!

Although breakfast was included, we only had breakfast here on the first day. The seating was limited and the staff did not come to fill up the small buffet. As said before, depending on which room one gets assigned, they are very audible and/or loud and rooms on the ground floor are unfortunately a little dark: thus, I would take care to get a room without a connecting door and not close to the washing machine or the air conditioner generator.
